Duties to include but not limited to:

• Serve as the company representative and point of contact with clients during construction
• Prepare budgets, solicit bids for sub-contractor work, and create schedules for the work
• Coordinate teams and resources on behalf of DCI
• Oversee materials and methods to optimize project quality, budget and schedule
• Utilize software to track job progress, generate reports on the project, manage change order and analyze costs

Looking for Experienced Carpenters to take the project from plans to completion.  

• Ability to read building plans and construction documents
• Minimum experience of 10 years in all exterior and interior construction means and methods for new construction and renovations of both commercial and residential projects.
• Must have a valid drivers license and good driving record
• OSHA 10 or OSHA 30 preferred

Looking for motivated individuals to assist carpentry crew on new construction and renovation projects.

• Ability to grow into a carpenters role and train under an experienced crew

• Technical school training or previous experience a plus
