Coming up on his 25th year working in the construction industry Ed D'Ottavio has been the driving force behind DCI's operations. As owner and Director of Construction, Ed brings his years of experience from managing hundreds of construction projects throughout Vermont and Florida. From small home renovations to massive commercial high-rise builds he has done it all.  A native of Vermont, Ed went to the University of Vermont (UVM) where he received his Bachelor of Science Degree in Business Entrepreneurship.  Ed moved south to Florida where he earned his Masters of Science Degree in Construction Management from Florida International University (FIU). He is also a certified Leed Accredited Professional specializing in Building Design and Construction (LEED AP BD+C) issued by the United States Green Building Council (USGBC) and has also received the Certified Construction Manager (CCM) credentialing from the Construction Managers Association of America (CMAA). Aside from these industry leading certifications Ed also holds multiple Building & General Contractor licenses in both Florida and Vermont.
